     TSM has been abuzz with some exciting news!  TSM has teamed up with Eric Gorr and his company Forward Motion  to make this worn out 125, a 144 work of art.  In case you’ve been living under a rock and are unfamiliar with the talented Mr. Gorr, he is the author of the Motocross & Off-Road Performance Handbooks as well as several specialized publications.  I’ve even heard some refer to him as a God.  I would highly suggest checking out the bike build Eric teamed up with Service Honda on, http://www.eric-gorr.com/.  So, it looks like we have a motor!

First off, I would like to thank everyone for the “well wishes” Charles has received after is wreck this past weekend.  While still healing, of course he is busy with all types of ideas for the future of TSM.  We really feel our two-stroke community is more than just an online website and we have all of our loyal readers to thank for that. 

One of the ideas being discussed is TSM RACING.  This possibility seems closer to a reality and the ball has started to roll.  TSM is building a bike and we want YOU to help.  We are starting with a 2001 YZ125 stripped down practically stock.  Throughout the build we will be taking polls and asking our readers for their ideas and suggestions on what parts should be used.  We will even gladly take donations of parts.  Our goal is to have a bike that is more than just a company sponsored bike, we want a two-stroke family built bike.

It was unsure if he would be racing in Phoenix this weekend, but he will be riding through the pain!

Cedric Soubeyras will be attempting to qualify and race in the 2011 AMA SuperCross. His first race will be in Phoenix, on January 15^th   continuing through 6 races, ending in San Diego on February 19^th . This is a very rare and welcomed sight considering the Four-Stroke domination in Professional Motocross.

The majority of off-road motorcycles have poor overall chassis setup.

One of the major differences between a beginner’s bike and a factory rider’s bike is the experience & knowledge of the person performing the setup. Unfortunately many riders just ride their bikes with no thought of chassis setup, and only do the bare minimum required maintenance. This is unfortunate as not only will the bike’s performance and your enjoyment of the sport suffer, but having the proper setup offers enormous advantages in SAFETY!!
